There are few women who aren't concerned about their appearance and aren't constantly checking on their weight. Unfortunately the people who are overweight or even worse, suffering from diabetes, are not few in number either. These ailments are extremely unpleasant because the person has to constantly avoid certain foods that they love.

And especially anything sweet. But the truth is you can have a dessert once or twice a week as long as it's dietary. Here we will offer you 3 recipes, ones that even contain cream, but don't forget that it needs to be low fat.

Strawberry Cake

Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries, 3 tablespoons low-fat cream, 3 tablespoons low-fat milk, 1/5 cup brown sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 1/5 cups baking soda, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, 3 mint leaves.

Cheesecake

Preparation: Cut a handful of strawberries in whatever shape you like but have them look aesthetically pleasing. Sprinkle them with a little sugar and leave them aside. Blend the rest of the strawberries. Whip the cream with the powdered sugar and milk in a water bath.

Once the sauce becomes thick enough, take it away from the stove and add the baking soda and blended strawberries to it. Mix everything well, distribute into suitable cups or bowls and garnish with the cut strawberries and mint leaves.

Cheesecake with Peaches

Ingredients: 4/5 cup low fat sour cream, 1 1/5 cups low fat cottage cheese, 3 tbsp honey, 19.5 oz peaches, 9 oz biscotti.

Preparation: Mix the cottage cheese, cream and honey until you get a homogeneous mixture. Cut 2 of the peaches into slices to serve as decoration. Peel the rest and cut them into fine pieces.

Chocolate jelly

Add the creamy mixture to them and pour everything into a cake form with the biscotti arranged on the bottom. The cheesecake needs to sit in the refrigerator for at least 5 to 6 hours, after which you can decorate it with the peach slices.

Orange Flavored Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients: 6.5 oz natural chocolate, 3 1/3 tbsp orange juice, 1 teaspoon gelatin, 2/5 cup nonfat cream, 1 tablespoon rum, 4 eggs, ground walnuts.

Preparation: Dissolve the gelatin with half of the orange juice in a water bath and separately melt the chocolate. Once the chocolate has cooled slightly, add the egg yolks, rum, cream, gelatin and remaining orange juice to it.

Stir everything and finally add the beaten to snow egg whites to the mixture, again while stirring. Leave thus prepared mixture in separate bowls to sit for several hours and then sprinkle with the walnuts.
