How to make
Crumble the biscuits by hand or with a blender. Mix them with the melted butter and milk. From the resulting mixture, form a biscuit layer on the bottom of a cake form.
Put the container in the fridge for 1/2 an hour. Before you take it out, mix together the mascarpone, sour cream and powdered sugar. If the mixture is too thick, you can dilute it with a little milk.
Once this cream is ready, take the cake layer out and smear it with it, then return it to the fridge for 1 hour. Take it out and smear with blueberry jam.
Finally, sprinkle with ground almonds and return to the fridge for a final 4-5 hours.
