There are no two opinions on the matter that pork is loved by many. Pork dishes are suitable for both winter and summer and go well with wine. It is served not necessarily with red wine, but with white or a cold beer.
Regardless of the season in which you consume pork, it is important to know what specific parts of the pig are suitable for, so that you do not make steaks "like soles". This is the purpose of our current article.
We start with the most dietary part of the pig, namely the pork tenderloin.
Pork tenderloin
Pork tenderloin or pork fillet are suitable even for those following diets, because this part of the pig has practically no fat. For this reason, it will be quite difficult for you to cook steaks from it. But not impossible. It is important to be very careful not to keep the steaks on the heat for too long (grill, barbecue, pan), so that they do not dry out, and to marinate them.
However, if you do not want to risk wasting the meat, which is also the most expensive part of pork, it is better to cook it in the oven with sauce, in pork soup, or in a casserole with pork.
Pork loin

You have probably heard people saying that pork loin is their favorite and there is nothing surprising in such a statement. This is the meat from the front part of the back of the pig, which is located right behind the neck and is especially tasty. The pork loin is particularly suitable for steaks, as well as for preparing the famous Wiener schnitzel. In addition to being called pork loin, you can also find it as pork cutlet.
Pork Neck
Mmmm, grilled pork neck steaks - we can just imagine their taste. Since this meat also has fat, it is particularly suitable for grilling or barbecuing, because it is the fat that makes it both juicy and protects the meat from drying out. It is also suitable for soups and stews.
Pork shoulder

The shoulder is the preferred meat for cooking, but it is not so suitable for grilling.
