"A suitable bread for diabetics, which is very tasty and goes well with any dish!"

Ingredients

  • salt - a pinch
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • corn flour - 1.75 oz (50 g)
  • wholemeal flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • fresh yeast - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • rye flour - 1.75 oz (50 g) wholemeal
  • mineral water - 1 cup (200 ml)

How to make

Dissolve the yeast in the water, add the salt, flour and olive oil. Knead the dough and transfer it into a rectangular baking pan.

Sprinkle it with flour, make a few slices at the top of the bread for diabetics and leave it to rise for an hour, an hour or so. Wrap it with a towel.

Bake the wholemeal bread for 10 minutes at 390°F (200 degrees), then for 25 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees).
