How to make
Chop the prunes and dates. Add the raisins to them and pour everything into a blender. Blend until you get a sticky mixture.
Transfer it into a bowl and pour in the rum.
Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Shape the cooled mixture into candies, which are rolled in cocoa or coconut shavings.
Place each candy in a paper capsule. Store them in a cool place.
The raw candies for diabetics are ready.
