How to make
Dissolve the yeast in the water, add the salt, flour and olive oil. Knead the dough and transfer it into a rectangular baking pan.
Sprinkle it with flour, make a few slices at the top of the bread for diabetics and leave it to rise for an hour, an hour or so. Wrap it with a towel.
Bake the wholemeal bread for 10 minutes at 390°F (200 degrees), then for 25 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees).
A suitable bread for diabetics, which is very tasty and goes well with any dish!
