How to make
Thoroughly clean the aronia fruit and if there are dry sticks or other bits in them, remove them. Wash them under running water and strain them well in a strainer or dry them on a household towel.
In a suitable pot, add 1/2 cup of water and boil it, then add the glucose and stir. Turn off the heat and add the aronia fruit and leave it like that and cover the pot with a lid. Let it sit for a few hours (3-4).
Then put the homemade jam back on the stove at medium heat. Add another 3/4 cup of water in which we have previously dissolved the pectin.
Continue to cook the homemade aronia jam for diabetics for another hour.
Immediately pour the hot aronia jam into jars and close them. Turn them upside down. Once they cool down, the jars are stored in a dark and cool place.
