In this article, we're going to introduce you to two interesting keto dinner ideas that not only take less than 30 minutes to prepare, but also give you plenty of time to get out and live your life in peace.

Chicken with cream and garlic

Necessary products: 1 kg of boneless and thinly sliced chicken breast; 2 tbsp. olive oil; 230 g of cream; 40 g of chicken broth; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp Italian seasoning; 60 g Parmesan; 200 g of spinach, finely chopped; 100 g of dried tomatoes;

Method of preparation:

1. In a large skillet, add the olive oil and cook the chicken over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until browned. Move the chicken aside and place it on a plate.

2. Add the cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Parmesan. Stir over medium-high heat until the mixture begins to thicken.

3. Add the spinach and dried tomatoes and simmer until the spinach begins to soften. Place the chicken back into the pan.

4. If desired, serve with pasta of your choice.

Cashew Chicken

Products required: 3 skinless chicken thighs; 2 tbsp. coconut oil; 20 g of raw cashews; 1 green pepper; 1/2 tsp ginger powder; 1 tbsp. rice vinegar; 1/2 tbsp. garlic chili sauce; 1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic; 1 tbsp. sesame oil; 1 tbsp. sesame seeds; 1 tbsp. spring onions; 50 g of white onion; salt and black pepper to taste;

Method of preparation:

1. Heat the pan. Over low heat, toast the cashews for about 8 minutes or until they begin to brown slightly. Remove from the heat and set aside.

2. Cut the chicken legs into pieces about 3 cm in size. Cut the onion and pepper.

3. Increase the heat on the stove and add the coconut oil to the pan.

4. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken thighs and cook for about 5 minutes.

5. Once the chicken is completely cooked, add the pepper, onion, garlic, garlic chili sauce and spices (ginger, salt, black pepper). Leave on high heat for 2-3 minutes.

6. Add the rice vinegar and cashews. Cook on high heat until the liquid becomes sticky. Finally, there should be no excess liquid in the pan.

7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sesame oil. Serve the delicious keto dinner.
