1. Fish Fillet with Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients: 2 lb fish fillets, 5 tbsp breadcrumbs, 7 cherry tomatoes, salt and black pepper to taste, several bunches of finely chopped parsley, several spoons oil, 2-3 tbsp cheese, flour.
Preparation: Wash the fillets and dry them, then salt, roll them in flour and fry briefly. Arrange them in a tray or fireproof dish, cut the tomatoes into slices. Fry them in a little salt as well and place them over the fish arranged in the tray. Season everything with black pepper, pour on a little oil. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese and bake briefly in a highly heated oven.
2. Grilled Fish Fillets
Ingredients: 2 lb fish fillets, 3 tbsp oil, 4 tbsp mustard, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp olive oil, salt to taste.
Preparation: Wash, dry and salt the fish fillets to taste. Smear them lightly with oil and put them on the grill to cook on both sides. Make a mixture from the remaining spices, baste the ready fish with it and serve.
3. Fish Fillets on a Ribbed Skillet
Ingredients: 2 lb fish fillets, salt and black pepper to taste, 2 garlic cloves, 4 tbsp lemon juice, oil for smearing, dill for sprinkling.
Preparation: Season the washed and dried fish fillets with the salt and black pepper, smear them with the oil and put them to grill on the skillet. Once served, pour lemon juice over them and sprinkle with the finely crushed garlic and chopped dill.
4. French-Style Trout Fish Fillets
Ingredients: 2 lb trout fish fillets, 4 1/5 cups dry white wine, 2 onion heads, 5 garlic cloves, basil, wine vinegar, coarse salt, black peppercorns, several tablespoons flour.
Preparation: Make a broth out of all the products, excluding the fish fillets, having chopped the vegetables finely. Dip the fish fillets several times in the wine vinegar, then put them in the broth to boil until completely ready. Serve with boiled potatoes and with the broth in which they've boiled, thickened with the flour.
5. Fish Fillet Rolls
Ingredients: 2 lb fish fillets, 3.5 oz mushrooms, 1 onion head, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup ground walnuts, several spoons of butter, salt and black pepper to taste, several bunches fresh rosemary, toothpicks.
Preparation: Wash, dry and fry the fillets briefly in a heated pan. Saute the separately finely chopped onions, garlic and mushrooms in the butter and add the ground walnuts to them. Sprinkle the fish fillets with salt and black pepper and pour the resulting mixture of vegetables and walnuts on them. Roll them up into rolls, stick toothpicks in them, sprinkle with the rosemary and bake in a strong oven in an oiled tray.
