measures

How to make

The fish fillet is cut into portions. Season it with salt and spices.

On a sheet of parchment paper (greased), arrange slices of the peppers and carrots. Place a piece of fish on top.

Then add some chopped mushrooms, 5-6 olives and 3-4 tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap them in the paper. Do the same with the rest of the products.

Moisten them lightly with water and arrange them in a baking tray (with the folded side down). Pour the wine and bake the dish at 390°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes.

The baked fish is served with the paper and sprinkled with dill (optional).

The fish in parchment is very tasty.
