How to make
Mix some oil with parsley, chopped capers, grated lemon zest, black pepper and the thoroughly cleaned mackerel. Smear parchment sheets or foil squares with melted butter and on each of them, place a mackerel.
Wrap the mackerel well. Put them on the grill in a hot oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove the mackerel, put them in warm plates, pour the juice of the parchment over them and decorate with slices of lemon.
