How to make
The zucchini should be thinly sliced along the entire length of the zucchini, in my case with a grater.
They are lightly salted and left for a few hours to drain the excess water.
Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot and put them in a bowl.
Minced meat and tomato puree are added to the vegetables.
Season with black pepper and salt.
Take a portion of the filling with a spoon, place it at one end of the zucchini strip and roll it up.
Place them in a baking pan greased with oil.
Spread the minced meat rolls with the liquid cream with a silicone brush.
Put the tasty rolls in the oven to bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 - 45 minutes.
Ten minutes before the lazy zucchini rolls are removed from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and let the cheese cook.
