How to make
Peel the zucchini, grate it and strain it from its water. Put it in a bowl and add the eggs.
Extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt and add it to the mixture. Salt and stir well. Gradually pour in the flour until you get a mixture that`s thicker than pancake batter.
Grease a pan and use a ladle to pour in some mixture. Fry. Flip it over with a plate. Do this for the rest of the mixture.
Mix together all the ingredients for the filling. Place some mixture at one end of each pancake, wrap into a roll and cut it up.
