How to make
Wash the zucchini under running water. Don't peel them. Cut them into round slices about 1/8 thick. It's not a problem if they're a bit thicker.
Pour the flour, oregano, black pepper and salt in a large plastic bag.
Add the zucchini inside in lots and shake very well, to get the flour to stick everywhere.
Take them out and arrange overlapping in a large flat tray, covered with baking paper.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and pour olive oil everywhere in a trickle.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until well reddened.
When serving, sprinkle with chopped dill and garlic dairy sauce if desired.
