How to make
Cut the washed peppers into strips, drain them well. Braise them with butter in a pan until any remaining moisture evaporates.
Transfer them to a small tray and distribute along the bottom.
Crumble the feta cheese on top and break the eggs as the final touch, to cover the peppers and feta.
Bake in a strong oven until the eggs are crisped. If you like them runnier, take them out earlier.
You can serve them as an original garnish to any barbecued dish, such as sausages, or any main course.
