How to make
Knead the mince with the spices and finely chopped fresh parsley. Soak the old bread in water and drain it well.
Add it to the mince and knead again to mix all the products. Divide up into 3 equal-sized parts, form each one into a nest with a flat bottom and edges around it.
Arrange them in an oiled tray, break an egg in the middle of each. Sprinkle with a pinch of Himalayan salt and a little black pepper on top.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven about 25 min. and take the tray out. Serve these tasty nests with lettuce salad, sprinkle the eggs with a pinch of mixed spices. Bon appetit!
