How to make
Wash and cut the potatoes. Transfer them to a large shallow oven dish, which you can grease lightly ahead of time. Season with the spices and pour in 2/5 cup (100 ml) water.
Split the meatballs in 2 and form balls (be sure to smear your hands with olive oil). Distribute them on top of the potatoes.
Sprinkle with olive oil and savory. Bake the dish in a preheated oven, covered with foil for the first 20 min.
Then remove the foil and continue baking. Once the dish is ready, grate cheese on top and put it back in the warm oven for it to gain an appetizing crisp.
