"It`s easy for women, all they have to do is prepare a tray of pork with potatoes to win over any man."

Ingredients

  • pork - 24.5 oz (700 g)
  • potatoes - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • carrots - 1
  • peppers - 1, red
  • onions - 1 head
  • tomato juice - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • salt

  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the meat into medium pieces, add salt and boil about 1 hour.

Cut the potatoes and carrot into coarse cubes in a deep tray and add the finely chopped onions and red pepper to them. Season with salt, savory, black pepper and the broth. Then pour in the tomato juice and stir everything very well until all the ingredients are mixed.

Pour in water to cover the products, arrange the meat at the very top.

Put foil on and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for about 1 hour 15 min.
