How to make
Cut the lamb meat into pieces. Dice the carrots and onions finely. Pour the oil in a tray, place the chopped vegetables and lamb meat on top.
Salt and pour on warm water - enough to cover the meat and veggies (water level needs to be 3/4″ (2 cm) above them). Bake the dish in a moderate oven until meat softens.
Add the peeled and chopped potatoes and bake another 15 min. or so. Serve the lamb meat, sprinkled with black pepper and finely chopped parsley.
