How to make
Wash the leg of lamb well, smear it with salt and pepper on all sides.
Cut the potatoes, carrots and mushrooms into round slices. Place the leg of lamb in a tray, arrange the vegetables around it. Pour the oil over it and then the beer.
Cover the tray with foil and bake at 360°F (180 °C) about 2 hours.
After 2 hours remove the foil, sprinkle paprika and baste the lamb with the resulting sauce.
Bake another 10-15 min. until it crisps and gains a crunchy crust. It's the easiest way to cook lamb, while also turning out tender, juicy, delicious.
