In an earthenware pot, place the cleaned from bones meat and giblets, cut into small pieces, as well as the pre-grilled, peeled and round sliced onions.
Pour on salt, oil and hot water and bake in a moderate oven until the meat becomes tender. Add the cut into round slices potatoes and tomatoes.
After the potatoes soften, sprinkle the dish with chopped spearmint and remove from the oven.
