How to make
Melt the butter in a pot. Add chopped sausage, peppers, mushrooms, two pieces of cheese and tomato puree.
Mix all the seasonings to taste. Put the lid on and put it to stew for 5-6 minutes in the microwave.
Remove the lid, tap the egg where you pierced the stew’s skin and return to the microwave for three minutes. If desired, serve with chopped fresh parsley.
