How to make
It is best to briefly fry the cleaned duck in preheated oil, but you can put it in the clay pot without frying. Salt it and sprinkle it with black pepper well. Cut all the cleaned vegetables coarsely, but not too coarsely, and put them in a large clay pot after you have arranged the duck meat.
Add all the spices to taste and the raisins. Stir, pour in 2/5 cup (100 ml) of oil and the wine, and put the lid on. Put it to bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 2 1/2 hours or a bit less.
