How to make
Make a mixture of the wine or beer, starch and all the other spices. Roll the cut up goat meat in it. Peel the potatoes and cut them.
Put them in a greased oven dish and evenly distribute the goat meat. Top it up with hot water (about 1-2 cups), cover it with aluminum foil and bake until tender.
Finally, remove the foil and leave it to catch a slight tan.
