The only time when we actually get to show our skills in the kitchen is during the weekend - we're always rushing during the week and end up preparing something easy that we know that everyone will enjoy.
If you want to add a little variety to quick dinners, let us offer you a few recipes that are guaranteed to be delicious and will surprise your loved ones, and you won't even have to spend too much time in the kitchen.
The first one contains macaroni and roasted red peppers.
The water on the stove and once it comes to a boil, pour in 1 1/5 cups of macaroni. Let them cook and then drain them. Cut the peppers (that you have peeled ahead of time) into pieces and mix them with the well-drained macaroni. Add 4 eggs that have been beaten with 2 cups of milk and salt.
Stir and pour the mixture out into a buttered tray. You can also add a little bit of butter on top - bake in a moderate oven until the topping solidifies. Serve warm.
The second recipe is for fried chicken nuggets. Boil white chicken meat and cut it into bites. While the meat is boiling, beat 4 eggs, cheese, 1 tsp flour, salt, black pepper to taste and chopped parsley in a suitable bowl.
Once you have cut the chicken into bites, add them to the egg blend as well. Grab spoonfuls of the mix and fry in heated oil. Serve with mashed potatoes or a salad.
The last recipe is for mushrooms with tomato sauce.
Mushrooms with tomato sauce
Preparation: Cut the washed mushrooms in half and put them in heated oil. Add the onion and garlic - finely chopped, to braise for 4 - 5 min.
Then add the bay leaf and chutney, stir well and pour in the wine. After 2 min. add the tomato juice, salt, black pepper and oregano. Stew for 15 min. and then serve.
