When you get home tired from work and find a hungry husband, hungry children or uninvited guests, what do you do? This is the perfect time to proceed with the preparation of simple a la minute meals to save you effort, time and nerves.
As a starter, you can start with:
Quick zucchini
Products Required: zucchini, "Vegeta" spice, flour
Method of preparation:
Cut the zucchini into large cubes. Add salt and leave to soak 5 minutes, then wash. Sprinkle lightly with spice, then with flour. After 5 minutes, pour into an oiled, highly preheated pan and oven. Heat for about 40 min at maximum temperature, occasionally stirring. If you want to do this even faster, you can fry them in a frying pan.
While they bake, you are free to proceed with the main course.
Quick meatballs
Products Required: 1 package of mince, black pepper, parsley, cheese, 7 eggs
Method of preparation:
The minced meat is kneaded with 1 egg, black pepper and parsley, finely chopped. Form meatballs, and optionally put cheese cubes in each. Arrange in a Teflon pan with some distance from one another. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan and break the eggs in the spaces between the meatballs. Place the pan back in the oven and bake for another 5-6 minutes.
After the appetizer and main course are ready, all that's left is to make an appropriate salad. For the meatballs, you can also create a dressing of yoghurt with garlic.
If you do not have that much time, the fastest and most delicious thing you can prepare are:
Sesame puff pastries
Products Required:
16 oz puff pastry, 1 egg yolk, 4 tablespoons of sesame
Method of preparation:
The puff pastry is thawed at room temperature. Spread and cut it into strips of 4″ (10 cm) long and a width of about 0.8″ (2 cm). Twist the strips in the middle, making them like ribbons. Smear them with the egg yolk that has been beaten with 1 tablespoon of water.
On top, sprinkle with plenty of sesame. Arrange in a tray with some distance from one another. Bake in preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C) for about 10 minutes until golden.
