How to make
Take out the butter and leave it rest at room temperature. Cut it into into pieces and add it into a bowl.
Add the cream cheese, salt, egg yolks and parmesan, which you have previously grated on a fine grater.
Add the flour and knead a soft and buttery dough.
Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate it for half an hour.
Take it out and roll it out into a rectangular sheet with a thickness of one finger.
Cut into 0.4″ (1 cm) wide strips.
Twist at both ends and arrange the strips onto a tray lined with baking paper at a distance.
Smear them with the beaten egg yolk, milk and oil using a silicone brush.
Bake the crunchy snacks in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) until they're done.
Take them out and allow them to cool slightly and serve the parmesan sticks for kids.
