How to make
The almonds, walnuts and flaxseed are blended together.
The resulting mixture is poured into a deep bowl, as well as the oat bran, corn flour, cranberries, yogurt and olive oil.
Stir and set aside for 15 minutes. Scoop a little of the mixture with a spoon.
The cookies are formed onto baking paper. They are baked at 360°F (180 degrees) for 15-20 minutes.
