We have chosen several recipes which you can prepare quickly and that turn out absolutely delicious. The first one is for feta cheese buns, to which you can add various spices your family likes. Here's what you need:
Feta Cheese Buns with Butter
Ingredients: 1 cup of yoghurt, 2 tsp of baking soda, around 10.5 oz of feta cheese, 3 cups of flour, salt, savory, butter.
Preparation: Blend the yoghurt with the baking soda and stir along with the feta cheese. Gradually add the flour and then season with a little savory and salt, if desired. Pour oil in an appropriate tray and using a spoon, pour balls in it one by one. You can place a small piece of butter atop every ball. Bake in a preheated oven.
Our next proposal is for making muffins - the good thing here is that you can make them depending on what you have at home. If you prefer them salty, add only feta cheese; you can also put in some type of sausage.
To make the muffins, whisk 1 egg, 1 cup of ayran, 2 tbsp of butter, gradually add 1 1/5 cups flour, along with 1 tsp of baking powder. Cut up a hard feta cheese finely, as well as olives and add them to the blend, then pour it out into muffin forms and bake until red.
Apple Breakfast
Ingredients: 3-4 eggs, 1 cup yoghurt, flour, 4 apples, cinnamon.

Then add milk - around 3 1/3 tbsp, as well as 1 whisked egg. Once the liquid is absorbed by the flour, add in the rest of the milk - 4/5 cup. Finally, shred some Parmesan on top. Fry in heated oil and serve with processed cheese or jam.
