How to make
Clean and wash the green beans. Cut them in 2 and put in a pressure cooker. Add the chopped carrots and pour in 12 1/2 cups (3 L) water. Close the pot and put it on high heat. After it reaches boiling point, lower the stove to the lowest setting and leave to boil for 15 min.
In another pot, pour in a little oil. Cut the meat into bites and put to fry, while turning them over periodically. Once the meat is nearly ready, add the chopped onions.
Fry until the onions are ready. Add the flour, paprika and stir. Start gradually adding green beans with the broth to the meat, while stirring nonstop. Once you've transferred everything to a pot, add the chopped garlic and dill. Pour in the tomato paste, salt and stir.
Leave to simmer another 10 min. before serving.
