Ingredients

  • green beans - 2 cups (500 g)
  • pork ribs - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • carrots - 1
  • onions - 1 onion head
  • garlic - 1 head
  • red wine - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • tomatoes - 1 cup (250 ml), canned
  • paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • flour - 2 - 3 tablespoon
  • salt - to taste
  • parsley - 3 sprigs
  • dill - 3 sprigs
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)

How to make

Heat the oil in a large dish and put the chopped onion, carrots and garlic to braise. Then add the pork ribs to the dish immediately. Pour in the wine to braise evenly, and when the alcohol evaporates, add the cleaned green beans.

Top up with hot water and simmer over not too high heat, until the meat and beans cook. Then add the tomatoes and after a little while, the dissolved in a little water flour and paprika.

Season the green beans with pork ribs and serve with chopped fresh parsley and dill.
