  • fresh green beans - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • pork - 1.1 lb (500 g) semi fat
  • onion - 2 onions
  • garlic - 1 head
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • peppers - 1 red + 1 green
  • dill
  • parsley
  • savory herb
  • black pepper
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika - 2 tbsp.
  • tomato puree - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)

How to make

Finely chop the onion, carrot, peppers and garlic. Put the oil in a pot.

Add the meat, which is cut into portions and fry lightly. Add the chopped vegetables and a little water to stew.

Add the chopped green beans. Stew for another 5 minutes. Add paprika and flour and add hot water. After boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 40 minutes.

Add the tomato puree, sugar, salt and other spices. Leave it for another 15 min.

After removing the stew from the heat, add finely chopped fresh parsley.
