Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 3 heads, or 2 leeks
  • green beans - 2 cups (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 3 - 4 fresh or canned
  • tomato juice - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • carrots - 1
  • salt
  • paprika - 1 tablespoon, or to taste
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • mint - 1/2 tsp
  • savory - 1 tsp, crushed

How to make

Dice the cleaned potatoes, onions or leeks, carrots, and beans and place them in a greased oven dish. Season them to taste with salt and paprika, oil, tomato juice and top up with a little warm water.

Put it to bake in a moderate oven until only the oil remains. 15 minutes before removing from the stove, add and mix with the chopped tomatoes, parsley, dill, while also stirring with the mint and savory.
