How to make

The green beans are washed and the ends cut off. Then cut them in half down the middle. Clean the onion and cut it into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a pot on the stove. Clean the carrots and cut them into cubes, and the garlic cloves - into thin strips or slices.

The onion, carrots and garlic are stewed. When they soften, add the green beans and paprika. In this case, my paprika is mildly spicy.

Reduce the heat. It is poured with a little hot water and left to stew over low heat. In the case of this dish, the goal is to have more vegetables and not emphasize the sauce.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Peel the tomatoes and cut them finely. As soon as the sauce reduces, add the tomatoes. Add finely chopped parsley.

Put the flour in a cup with a little water and stir, until it dissolves. The food is stirred. When it boils, it is thickened with the flour mixture. Cook for a few more minutes. Stir the green bean stew.
