How to make
Boil the beans in water. Clean and chop the leeks and fry them in 5-6 tablespoons of oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Distribute half the beans in clay pots, top them with the leeks.
In every pot, place 3-4 chopped olives and cover with the remaining beans. Pour in a little of the broth from the beans and the fried in 1 cup of oil paprika.
Bake the clay pots for about 40 minutes on high heat. This is a wonderful meatless dish for Lent!
