How to make
Soak the beans for at least 1-2 hours prior to cooking (overnight is OK too). Boil them, while changing the water out 3 times - once every 15-20 min.
Chop the sausages and braise them for 5 min. in a little oil. Dice the peppers, carrots and onions.
Then in the clay pot, arrange a layer of beans, layer of sausage, peppers, carrots and onions, tomatoes, spices, layer of beans, layer of the other products again and so on until you've filled the pot.
Add 2-3 tbsp oil and water halfway up the pot. Put it in a cold oven and bake for at least 1 1/2 hours at 360°F (180 °C).
