How to make
Pour new cold water over the beans that you've soaked overnight in water and boil them on medium heat until soft. Stew the chopped onion in oil and some water.
Add one finely chopped tomato, the paprika and and the peppers, cut into strips. Pour the cooked and drained beans into a clay pot.
Top with stewed onions and peppers and add slices of fresh tomato. Sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley and spearmint, as well as salt, add a little water and bake in the oven.
