How to make
Wash the chicken livers and put them in a pan with oil. The oil must not be heated. It's best to use a pan with a nonstick coating.
First, put a lid on the pan to saute for 20 min., then take pan off the stove and salt the livers.
Take livers out, chop the onions and put them in the hot oil. Don't add any additional oil.
Fry the onions 10 min., then pour them over the livers, salt and sprinkle with black pepper.
