How to make
The ingredients listed are for 2 servings. Smear the bottoms of 2 clay pots generously with butter. Break 3 eggs into each.
Put the lids on and bake for 3-4 min. in a heated oven.
Take the clay pots out of the oven, remove the lids and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese. If needed, season with salt. Distribute the cooking cream into the clay pots, pour it over the eggs and feta. Put the lids back on and return to the oven.
Bake another 3-4 min. (depending on how you like your eggs - bake longer if you'd like them harder).
Sprinkle with parsley leaves for decoration.
A quick and very tasty dinner!
