Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 packet, Ready - made sheets
  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • lemonade - 1 cup, or Soda water
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • feta cheese - 16 oz (450 g)

How to make

In a bowl, beat the eggs, subsequently add the sugar, lemonade or sparkling water, oil and finally - the crumbled feta cheese.

Smear the tray with oil and sprinkle it with flour, arrange 2 phyllo pastry sheets in it, pour on egg mixture. Repeat this order until out of sheets and egg mixture.

On top, you can pour on a little more lemonade, press down with a spoon along the edges of the tray to smother it.

Bake at 360°F (180 °C).
