How to make
Arrange the phyllo pastry in a rectangular baking dish. In a deep bowl, make a mixture of the products mentioned (excluding the phyllo pastry). It is best to crumble the feta cheese, rather than grating it.
Coat the bottom and sides of the dish in which you will be baking well with the mixture. The bottom needs to be covered with it, this is a must - do not let it bother you.
Place the first sheet of phyllo pastry. Sprinkle some of the mixture and continue to alternate thus until you finish off with the mixture, which you pour over the top of it. Bake at 480°F (250 °C) until tender.
After removing from the oven, give it just 1 minute to pull the oil in. Flip it over and leave it until it cools completely.
