  • tomato sauce - 2 tbsp

How to make

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and add the sugar. Allow to activate, add salt and sifted flour, then knead a dough and finally add the oil, then knead again. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume.

Spread the ready dough out into a thin crust. Smear it with tomato sauce, arrange chicken fillet, mushrooms and pickles, put it in the oven to bake for 15 minutes. Then add the pieces of Roquefort, cheese and break an egg on top. Put the pizza Fritzi back in the oven to finish baking.
