How to make
Chop the pork meat into small pieces and braise them in the oil.
Pour 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) water in a pot and transfer the pork in it to boil. In the same oil, braise the leeks with paprika, transfer it to the pot with the meat.
Once the meat has boiled well for a bit and you're able to tear it, add the washed rice to the soup as well, pour in the cabbage juice and chopped sauerkraut.
If needed, add more salt. Once the soup is ready, make a thickening agent from the flour with cold water and leave it to boil for a few more min.
Roast the chili peppers on the stove and add them as well. Season with black pepper. This is my favorite winter soup!
I hope you love it too!
