How to make
Peel the pumpkin, dice it and boil it. Pour it into a buttered tray.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and add the milk and cinnamon.
Strain the resulting mixture through a strainer, pour it over the pumpkin and bake the cake about 30 min. in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven.
