How to make
Separate the white from the yolk of a large egg. Beat the white to snow. Separately, beat the yolk until it turns into a thick mixture.
To the yolk mixture, add paprika, salt, pepper. Then add 1/2 cup flour, 1 pinch baking powder and 1/2 cup beer. Beat the yolk mixture.
Pour in the egg white mixture to it and stir again. You need to get a rather thick sludge.
Cut off the white meat from the chicken. Cut the chicken breasts widthwise into fillets and then into bites. Put them in a bowl, season with black pepper, salt and powdered garlic on all sides and then stir. Transfer the bites to the crumbing and stir again. The bites need to take in the crumbing well.
Heat oil in a deep pot or pan, then place the bites in 1 by 1. Fry until golden, flipping them over when ready on 1 side.
