How to make
Wash the chicken breasts, pour cold water over them and cook in a pot until they're fully cooked.
Strain them well from the water, cut them into chunks and season them with salt and black pepper. The sauce is prepared next.
Melt the butter in a pan. The flour is diluted with a little water to create a smooth thick mixture.
Remove the pan from the heat and pour a little of the flour mixture. Mix with wire whisk, while adding a little milk.
Put it on low heat, add the chicken bites and sprinkle them with salt. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens and cook for 3-4 minutes with the meat to mix the flavors.
Finally, add the lemon juice, stir and you're done. Serve the fricassee sprinkled with chopped parsley. Enjoy these delicious chicken bites in bechamel sauce.
