How to make
Grate the zucchini on a coarse side of a grater. Add salt and leave for 30 minutes to strain the water.
Cut the salmon into small pieces.
Spread the puff pastry. Sprinkle with grated zucchini and bits of salmon.
Roll into a not so tight roll so that the puff pastry has space to unfold during baking.
Cut the roll into small pieces, about 0.8″ (2 cm).
Arrange the rolls on a tray lined with baking paper at a distance from each other!
Sprinkle each one with sesame seeds.
Bake at 390°F (200 °C) in a preheated oven with the fan on for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat to 340°F (170 °C) and finish off the baking until they're nicely browned!
