How to make
Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water. After they cool, peel them and grate them coarsely. Salt them and distribute onto a buttered and floured oven dish.
Beat the eggs well until doubled in volume and add the melted butter. Add the flour and black pepper. Stir carefully and pour this over the potatoes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 30 min. Upon serving, add 1 tbsp yoghurt per serving and garnish with a seasonal salad.
