How to make
Sift the flour, make a well in the middle of it, pour in the yeast which you've diluted with 2 cups warm milk.
Add 5 tbsp oil and the salt. Knead a soft dough, leave it to rise.
Smear a 15 3/4″ (40 cm) diameter tray generously with butter. With oiled hands, form egg-sized balls from the dough.
Arrange them in a tray next to each other and leave to rise. With a finger, make a hole in the middle of each bun.
Beat the cup of crumbled feta cheese, 3 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp sugar and remaining cup of milk together.
Pour this over the buns, make sure to fill the holes. Bake in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven until ready. Serve warm.
