How to make
Put the water to heat up in a pot. Then add the diced butter to melt, plus salt and black pepper. Once it starts boiling, add the flour and stir until thickened.
Remove from the stove and leave to cool. Next, add the eggs 1 by 1 and beat the mixture with a mixer. Finally add the cheese but set aside just a little bit of it for sprinkling.
Oil a tray just a little bit. Take 1 tsp of the mixture at a time and place in the tray, form into a ball. Leave space between them.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the oven at 360°F (180 °C).
